Huge increase of media coverage

We started working for Domaine des Grottes de Han from March 2017. In 2016 they had 0 press articles in the Flemish press and after only 4 months we got 74 articles. Several articles were published in the biggest newspapers and magazines of Flanders.

Coordination of TV Production

‘Topservice’, a TV show broadcasted at the public television channel, één, included Holland America Line in two episodes, thanks to the introduction by Glenaki of the cruiseline at the TV production company. Glenaki helped as well with the coordination.

Fam trip coordination of 70 travel agents

Organization of a huge famtrip to The Gambia with over 70 travel agents in cooperation with Brussels Airlines. Glenaki helped with the coordination of transportation, accommodation and program in The Gambia for 70 travel agents.

Succesful trade workshop with 65 participants

We organized and coordinated a workshop for 6 different Portuguese regions. They all gave short presentations towards travel agents, tour operators, journalists and MICE agents.

This event was organized in a trendy rooftop bar in Ghent and 65 participants attended the workshop. After the presentations, people could have one-to-one conversations during a walking dinner. The whole event was coordinated by Glenaki together with the Tourism Board of Portugal.
